1. International Delivery and Despatch International orders for stock items are normally despatched within 5 to 10 working days from the date of order placement. Expected delivery dates and transit times are dependent on the total weight and size of your order, as well as the specific shipping destination. Currently, international delivery is conducted via regular postal services, with the method of transport being determined by the dimensions of your package and the delivery country. We are working to offer alternative, expedited international delivery options in the near future; if you require urgent delivery, please contact our customer service to discuss available solutions.

2. Additional Delivery Instructions While you are completing your online order, if you have any specific requests concerning the delivery of your goods, please inform us via the Shopify Inbox. Such information can include a request to delay your order for despatching at a later date to suit your availability. Please note that for security and fraud prevention purposes, we cannot accept any alternative delivery address requests when the purchase is made by credit or debit card; the order must be shipped to the address verified during the payment process.

3. Delay of Delivery and Stock Availability In the event that all or part of your order is not immediately available, we shall notify you by e-mail as soon as possible. Unavailable stock and special order items are normally produced and despatched within 5 to 10 working days. We will endeavour to keep you regularly updated on any items ordered that are likely to be on back-order for more than 14 days. While we make every effort to deliver goods within the stated timeframes, any dates we specify are approximate only, and Wood carving tools STRYI will not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any specific delivery date.

Postage and Delivery Charges Calculation of postage charges for international delivery is simplified for our customers, and currently, delivery charges are provided free of charge as indicated during the checkout process. We reserve the right to modify shipping rates for oversized or extremely heavy orders, in which case the customer will be notified before the order is processed.

5. Customs, Duties, and International Compliance For all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be levied by the destination country. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
