Wood carving tools STRYI, we take immense pride in every instrument that leaves our workshop. Our goal is for you to receive the premium quality we guarantee with our name. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected situations arise, so we have developed simple and clear rules to make you feel confident in your purchase.

If the product is of good quality, but you changed your mind

We do our best to ensure that each item is perfect, but if your product arrives and you realize it is just not what you expected — no problem! You have the right to exchange the product for any other item in our catalog.

It is important to remember that you have 14 calendar days from the day of receipt to request such an exchange. The main condition is that the tools must be absolutely new and unused (not sharpened, not used in work), with all factory labels, seals, and original packaging fully preserved. You will also need a sales receipt or other document confirming the payment. Please note: if you refuse a product of adequate quality, our policy provides for an exchange only, not a monetary refund.

If you have concerns about the quality

If your product arrives defective or we inadvertently sent you the wrong item — we will definitely fix it! In cases where there is a doubt regarding the quality of the goods, such items must undergo a specialized expertise. The exchange or return of money for such goods is realized only based on the results of this examination to ensure a fair and professional resolution.
